Look outside the box and expect the unexpected.
Rhythm Works Oz can be used as either a very different, energetic and dynamic rhythmic performance piece or it can be used as a tool for "team building". As a performance piece, Rhythm Works Oz provides a sensational break in any corporate event. It can be placed within an event to either set a fun and energetic tone for the beginning of the day, positioned mid way to constitute some relaxation and relief from the proceedings or used as a final experience to send all your delegates home on a high note. This performance can, at the client's request, incorporate objects specific to the business or theme in question or can be the standard package. Length and number of performers can all be tailored to suit the client. With regards to team building this would take the form of an interactive workshop situation lasting anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on the clients' objective, the number of delegates attending, space availability and time constraints.
Workshops begin with all participants striving to reach the same rhythmic objective which is a very energizing and unifying experience! Once this has been achieved the delegates split into groups with a variety of rhythmic dialogues complimenting each other. The aim of which, is to encourage creativity, focus, commitment and the importance of the individual, whilst realizing a specific outcome as a team! The most beneficial aspect of all this, is that it is an inventive, dynamic and invigorating way of approaching what can sometimes be a dull topic: team building. Rhythm Works Oz is a departure from the expected and is a powerful way of motivating the team.
Importantly, Rhythm Works Oz is non-competitive, so it allows delegates to participate in a non-confronting activity. Not to mention a little fun and relaxation to any event. Rhythm Works Oz also encourages participants to "look outside the box" and "see the hidden potential" in all that is around them, through the use of non-conventional objects and instruments. Expect the unexpected! Things are not always as they appear to be!
